Living Christ’s Good News
and sharing it from
generation to generation
French Creek Lutheran Church is a rural Lutheran congregation in west central Wisconsin. We are a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and part of the La Crosse Area Synod
Our mission is to welcome everyone to worship God; to hear and to live the good news of Jesus Christ, and to spread it from generation to generation.
Visitors are always welcome at French Creek, where you can participate as much as you feel comfortable — check out the worship tab above to learn what to expect when you visit.
SUNDAY WORSHIP TIME:
May 28 – September 3 – 9:00 a.m.
September 10 – May 20 – 10:15 a.m.
At French Creek, our worship music is varied. Some Sundays you’ll find us singing traditional hymns accompanied by the organ. Other Sundays we are singing contemporary praise choruses led by guitar. We have a choir for special occasions and many musically-gifted members who contribute special music as solos or small ensembles.
We embrace all-ages Sunday School, and encourage participation at bible camp. We infuse the Faith Five model in cross-gen learning, confirmation, bible study – even council meetings!
LOCAL AND GLOBAL MISSION
In partnership with the French Creek Lutheran Foundation, our congregation participates in and offers financial support for many local and global missions.
STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY
We know how to put together a hearty hot meal, a fabulous 5K, a hog roast and a kickball game. We consider activities like these to be an important part of our community building.
French Creek is a group of people who are at various places in their faith, with a variety of questions. Some of us are life-long Christians, some are exploring, and all are welcome.
